Processing Times

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: £5.99 – Estimated delivery in 4-10 business days.
International Shipping:
- Standard International: £6.99 – Estimated delivery in 5-14 business days (customs delays may apply).
- Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Shipping Restrictions
- If your location is restricted, we will contact you directly to resolve the issue.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
